This website and the integrated Convertizer configuration path (hereinafter referred to collectively as ‘website’) are provided and operated by FS eCommerce GmbH, Nikolaistrasse 6-10, 04109 Leipzig (hereinafter referred to as ‘convertizer’ or ‘we’). 3. The Convertizer Customer Account

On the website, you are able to set up a personal account for the Convertizer (hereinafter referred to as ‘account’). In your account you are able to store your personal information and thus conveniently manage your existing Convertizer campaigns. In addition, we offer specific comfort features such as the ability to view your account history.

We require your full name and your email address in order to set up your personal customer account. In addition, we need you to choose a password. The email address you specify also serves as the access code for the account. You will automatically receive an email after successful registration. You are then able to update your personal information and add more information on a voluntary basis and at any time in the personal area of your customer account.

4. Convertizer Usage

We only collect, process and use the personal data collected during the order process for the establishment, implementation and processing of the Convertizer setup and administration of the sales contract made with us. Beyond that, we only collect, process and use your personal information with your explicit consent. To use the paid version of Convertizer, we require your company name, business and billing address and telephone number for inquiries in addition to the information given when signing up for a customer account. This information is also only used for establishment, implementation and processing.

5. Collection of Outstanding Debts

We also use your personal data to collect outstanding debts. For this, we appoint a third party (so-called payment providers) as well as collection companies that process data on our behalf and in compliance with this privacy policy and with the necessary safety precautions.

6. Use of Contact Forms

You can contact us directly by using the contact form provided on the website. We only collect, process and use the information you give us in the contact form for handling your specific concern.

7. Newsletter Subscription

We send out newsletters to our registered users regularly. If you have registered for the Convertizer newsletter, we will only collect and use your personal data for purposes of sending the Convertizer newsletter. Your data will be deleted immediately upon cancellation of the newsletter. You can do this by clicking the ‘unsubscribe’ link in the newsletter at any time.

We use software called Mandrill to send Convertizer newsletters. This is a specialized service to which we send the personal data necessary for sending out the newsletters. Mandrill only processes your personal data upon request and instruction from Convertizer. We ensure compliance with this privacy policy as well as necessary safety measures.

8. Cookies

We also use cookies when you visit our Convertizer website. Cookies are small text files that are stored in your browser’s cache. The information contained in the cookies allow you to, for example, continue a configuration that was started earlier with ease. The cookies also allow for analysis of your surfing behavior in an anonymous manner and, for example, to record date and time of access, URL (address) of the referring site, the pages you visit, the type of browser and browser version, as well as your operating system. Assignment of the data to a specific person is not possible. The data also does not contain any information that can identify individual users.
